Discussion on how to re-digitize DVD text images
Does anyone know of a way to convert text images on a DVD
BACK into a digitized image picture file, which can then be converted to a text file? In other words, how can we restore a lost Family Tree Maker file from information stored on a DVD movie?
How to convert a .txt page to a .bmp picture ?
Here is the problem :
1. What is the best way to convert a page of genealogy text produced
with Family Tree Maker ( or similar ) genealogy software into a
bitmap image file that can be read into Sonic's DVDit!
2. What is the "best way" to convert it for input to Movieshaker ?
By best I mean :
a. with the best output movie picture quality.
b. the fastest, cheapest, and easiest way.
